Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Support Officer to join our team at our incredible team at the Logan office. Our Support Officers are essential part of our everyday operations, and your passion, motivation and customer service expertise is paramount to the success of the team and our work supporting the community!
SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Maintaining appropriate administrative records utilising our databases.
- Using the NDIA IT System to record appointments, notes, and actions to ensure the development and maintenance of accurate data.
- Scheduling participant contact and interviews.
- Provide a professional and welcoming customer service experience to all participants, carers, families and visitors who attend at site
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, materials and equipment as required
- Organise venues and catering for meetings, training sessions & events as required
- Providing general information in response to participant enquiries and refer to appropriate internal stakeholders when required.
