Support Pharmacist Citywest

McCabes Pharmacy are currently recruiting for a support Pharmacist for our Citywest store.
This is an fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist who is looking to take the next step in their career. This role is based in a dynamic and fast paced dispensary supported by a highly trained dispensary team. It will offer an exciting challenge for a pharmacist wants to take on a leadership role and will strive to offer the local community excellence in customer care, service and professional standards.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Must be qualified
• Must hold a PSI approved Pharmacy Qualification and be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• Ability to deal with high volume dispensing.

Assist the Supervising Pharmacist in ensuring that best practice is maintained at all times
Implementation of policies and procedures in line with PSI legislation
Excel at customer service to lead by example and ensuring that these levels were maintained by all staff
Delegation of tasks including end of month administration and day to day tasks to the dispensary team to ensure that all tasks were carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
Keep strong lines of communication open between all colleagues including store staff and Supervising Pharmacist
Development of relationships with other healthcare professionals especially local GP’s
