Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot customer-reported Cloud Infrastructure issues and Service Requests.
  • Deliver remedies, resolutions, and analyses for compute, networking, and storage solutions.
  • Work on the integration of multiple products and solutions.
  • Provide solution-level support to customers.
  • Be on call 24/7 on a rotational basis to handle customer issues, partner concerns, and emergencies.
  • Be willing to travel to customer sites as needed for local support activities.
  • Use Ericsson standard support tools for ticket management.
