Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot customer-reported Cloud Infrastructure issues and Service Requests.
- Deliver remedies, resolutions, and analyses for compute, networking, and storage solutions.
- Work on the integration of multiple products and solutions.
- Provide solution-level support to customers.
- Be on call 24/7 on a rotational basis to handle customer issues, partner concerns, and emergencies.
- Be willing to travel to customer sites as needed for local support activities.
- Use Ericsson standard support tools for ticket management.
