As part of our team, you’ll ensure the smooth delivery of support projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to keep our world-class digital products performing at their best.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally within a digital or tech environment.
- Experience in either project management or account management .
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp, Slack, or Zendesk is a plus.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences.
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A problem-solver with a proactive approach, able to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, balancing client expectations while aligning with internal team capacities.

As we move into 2025, we’re looking for a Support Project Manager to oversee the delivery of support projects that help our digital products thrive. Whether you’ve got experience in project management, account management, or client-focused roles, we want to hear from you!
Role Type: 12-month FTC (maternity cover with possibility to extend to a permanent role)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: UK Office, Bournemouth
Work Model: Hybrid (at least 1 day a week on-site)
WHAT’S THE ROLE ABOUT?
As a Support Project Manager, you’ll oversee support projects for a diverse range of clients. From planning to delivery, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring tasks are on track and aligned with client needs. This role focuses on effective communication, attention to detail, and proactive management to ensure our products continue to make an impact.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Project Management: Lead the delivery of support projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality meet client expectations.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering updates, addressing queries, and building trust.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks or issues and take steps to mitigate them proactively.
- Team Coordination: Organise tasks across teams, ensuring resources are aligned for efficient delivery.
- Reporting: Provide clear and concise updates on project progress and key performance indicators.
