Description:
This is an exciting post for someone with secretarial experience within the UHNM looking to learn new skills, therefore previous experience of working within a Medical Secretary environment is essential.
The post holder will need to demonstrate good communication skills, flexibility, reliability and have an organised approach to work. Working as part of a team of Medical Secretaries, you will support with the management of typing of clinical letters, diary management and minute taking along with daily office duties as required by the clinical team.
The post holder will have skills in all areas of administrative functions to enable them to support the patient pathway.
Administrative and support secretary duties within the ED admin team.
Answering calls, emails, processing incoming consultant correspondence, working with the ED consultant secretary to maintain diaries and work allocation.
