Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic individual to work as part of the administration team to provide secretarial support to the clinical team, as well as ensuring service users of Occupational Health are fully compliant with the relevant vaccinations as required by their employer.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in administrative duties, good customer care skills, experience of dealing with enquiries either by telephone or face to face, have NVQ level 3 or equivalent level of experience in administration and office procedures as well as good typing/keyboard skills with audiotyping knowledge.
Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
To provide a comprehensive, efficient administration/secretarial service to the service
To provide administration support for some department meetings, including organising and note taking
ROLE OF THE SERVICE
To provide comprehensive, high quality, professional and appropriate occupational health services to STH and external contracts
To protect and promote the health of the workforce of STH and the employees of its other clients
To advocate and promote exceptional well-being practices for the workforce of STH and other clients
