Description:

The Support Service Administrator, reporting to the Team Lead, Support Services, is responsible for ensuring the prompt processing of incoming and outgoing documentation. The successful candidate will assist with the opening, sorting and distribution, in addition to scanning, triaging and indexing of a high volume of incoming mail, emails and faxes. The Support Service Administrator will also be required to provide support to reception and perform various facilities related tasks.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assure proper sorting, distribution, and handling of incoming correspondence
  • Monitor multiple inboxes for required printing, scanning, and indexing
  • Audit scanned documents regularly for quality assurance
  • Perform various facilities related tasks, including setting up company events, ordering and maintaining multiple inventories, coordinating with vendors, and handling general facilities requests, etc.
  • Provide back-up support for Reception
  • Foster strong working relationship within the team, department, and organization
  • Multitask and problem-solve, knowing when redirection is needed
