Description:
Driving Excellence in Hospital Redevelopment and Operational Efficiency: Leading the transformation of support services at Ryde Hospital to deliver high-quality, cost-effective cleaning, linen, wardsperson, and waste management services in alignment with Ryde Hospital’s redevelopment.

Responsibilities:
The role of the Support Services Manager is to manage cleaning, wardspersons, linen and waste services at Ryde Hospital with a commitment to high quality and cost-effective services. The main purpose of this position is to ensure that: the hospital is kept clean; patients are transported by wardspersons in a timely fashion; adequate linen supply is maintained, and waste removal processes are efficient and sustainable. The position has the overall responsibility for managing the support services team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services within the allocated budgets.
