Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this unique & varied role, you will work to provide customer satisfaction and safe service delivery by the breakdown response and preventative maintenance of technical gaming equipment, alongside analysing gaming machine performance and providing recommendations accordingly.
You will also be the go-to person to ensure SkyCity Queenstown building structures and infrastructures meet the expectations of customers, co-ordinating and overseeing contractor management, maintenance repairs, and general upkeep of the building and facilities.
Where applicable you will provide local support for IT issues as a first point of contact, with the assistance of the Auckland SkyCity IT operation.
This is a Full-Time opportunity, working 40 hours per week, primarily Monday - Friday, but some weekend work may l be required on an occasional basis.

To be successful in this role, you will also;
- Have Field, electrical, or electronics service or maintenance experience or a keen interest in pursuing a career in this area
- Possess Good time management skills and ability to work independently
- Be able to undertake the physical demands required of the role
- Be aged 20 years or above with a clear criminal history due to licencing requirements
- Have knowledge of IT fundamental
