MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.

MINIMUM SKILLS INCLUDE:

1.Excellent written and verbal communications skills
2.Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
3.Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
4.Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
5. Able to problem solve within web applications and other information technologies.
6.Flexible and able to adapt to occasional changes in assignments and priorities
7. Must be able to work at least 25 hours a week and some Saturdays as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Solid MS Excel and Word skills
2. Microsoft Outlook Skills
3. Customer Service or helpdesk experience
4. Close attention to detail
5. Knowledge of Windows OS

1. Review technical documentation to support Course Feedback, Esurvey, and/or Test Scoring faculty and students.
2. Work through email or phone with faculty, staff and students using our services.
3. Provide reliable and accurate help-desk technical support for students, faculty, department chairs and administrators.
4. Learn and work with UNM’s Qualtrics, EvaluationKIT, Esurvey Opinio, and/or Scantron applications.
5. Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues from these four services.
6. Administers campus-wide elections.
