As a Support Technician, you will be in charge of :
- Analysis of themes related to payment systems based on functional and technical product documentation
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the products, services, and their specification/integration aspects to provide efficient and effective service to banking clients and partners
- Resolve incidents and respond to clarification requests associated with the provided services
- Ensure that support requests are resolved quickly and within the agreed service levels
- Communicate with Business and Development team.
- Analyze, document, and improve internal processes and tools
- Assist clients in testing products and services
- Contact and follow up on assigned requests
- Record requested inquiries in the database
- Validate integrations through flow analysis and REST API
Profil :
- Proficiency in English.
- Good capacity for learning, organization, autonomy, dynamism, and initiative
- Stress resilience
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, PHP, JavaScript, .Net)
- Ability to interpret data
- Experience with web services and REST API
- Knowledge of HTTPS communication protocols
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce)
