As a Support Technician, you will be in charge of :

  • Analysis of themes related to payment systems based on functional and technical product documentation
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the products, services, and their specification/integration aspects to provide efficient and effective service to banking clients and partners
  • Resolve incidents and respond to clarification requests associated with the provided services
  • Ensure that support requests are resolved quickly and within the agreed service levels
  • Communicate with Business and Development team.
  • Analyze, document, and improve internal processes and tools
  • Assist clients in testing products and services
  • Contact and follow up on assigned requests
  • Record requested inquiries in the database
  • Validate integrations through flow analysis and REST API

Profil :

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good capacity for learning, organization, autonomy, dynamism, and initiative
  • Stress resilience
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, PHP, JavaScript, .Net)
  • Ability to interpret data
  • Experience with web services and REST API
  • Knowledge of HTTPS communication protocols
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce)
