Description:

Job Advert
TimeFinders is an award-winning, family-run company of Senior Life Specialists, bridging the gap between the legal and financial professions and the care sector. We are NOT a care provider. We provide practical help and emotional support for older people and their families in changing circumstances.
Our approach and way of working with clients is exceptional and follows a dedicated person-led philosophy which respects, champions and supports older people to make their own decisions. Our TimeFinder Consultants have an eclectic mix of skills and natural qualities which enable them to support our clients in a wide variety of ways. We work creatively and collaboratively to empower our clients to make and implement the decisions necessary to live in the right place, at the right time with the right support. We are Advocates for our clients, ensuring that their voices are heard and their decisions respected. Whether this is changing their home, finding or managing care or providing emotional and practical support, we help our clients stay independent and in control for as long as possible.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Positive, friendly and empowering
