Support Worker

We are actively recruiting in Middlewich, Crewe and surrounding areas for experienced Support Worker to assist our client with regular weekly shifts.
This is 1-1 working with a young female

You would be playing a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients including; personal care, assisting with medications, daily activities and encourage residents to lead a more fulfilled life. At least 6 months’ recent experience working with people with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities is essential due to the nature of the work.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• You must have the right to work within the UK.
• You must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to understand and be understood.
• You must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience within a similar setting in the UK.

• Picking up from school
• Serving food and helping them to eat
• Using equipment to lift and move the people you support.
• Notifying healthcare professionals of temperatures, pulse rates, or respiration rates seem abnormal or worrying
• Promoting positive outlooks and encouraging people to enjoy their lives as much as possible.
• Bonding with the people you support, learning about their needs and using your skills to assist our clients with delivering exceptional care and support.
