No previous experience needed! We provide comprehensive training and a structured induction.
If you don’t already hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), we will fully fund and support you to gain this qualification – a requirement for the role.

Pay: £13.18-£13.55 per hour

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred support for young adults aged 21-36 in a fun, enriching environment.
• Help residents develop independence by supporting daily living skills and decision-making.
• Facilitate activities such as shopping trips, meals out, beach walks, and social events.
• Work as part of a close-knit team, led by a Team Leader who will provide ongoing supervision and support.
• Deliver exceptional care while encouraging young people to pursue their dreams.
