You will promote life skills and independence for a gentleman in his late 20s with a diagnosis of Learning Disabilities and Bipolar. He is a very active gentleman and likes to be out in the community a lot however is a wheelchair user therefore you will need to be fit and comfortable with Moving and Handling, and elements of personal care.
This gentleman can display behaviours you may find challenging however we will give you the tools to identity and de-escalate before they occur.
