You will be supporting a male in his 30’s with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair and is non-verbal and communicates primarily through hand gestures. He requires personal care to support him achieve his independence, assistance with daily activities and support with moving and handling. He likes going out into the community for days out and is a big Forest Green Rovers fan!
Due to the needs of the people, we support you may be required to assist with aspects such as personal care and daily tasks. Additional to that you will have the opportunity to encourage and accompany the people we support with activities and being out in the community. This role would be 2:1 ratio with the people we support.
