At Swindon Borough Council, we want our town to be the best it can be. It’s all for better public services. Better processes. And a better quality of life, for everyone. Join us, and Swindon will be better with you.
People function best when they’re in an environment they’re familiar with and happy in. For most people, that’s at home. Reablement is a unique opportunity for someone to improve their independence while living at home.
Reablement Team provides a short-term service designed to help people develop the confidence and skills they need to live as independently as they can.
We are a successful team who have been able to ensure that 80% of our service users have remained independent in their own home without any formal support.
