Real Community Services was established in January 2006 and now provides thousands of personal support hours per week to hundreds of people with a disability such as mental health, acquired brain injury or neurological conditions by focusing on empowering and improving their lifestyles.
At Real Community Services (RCS) we provide, quality services to people living with a disability within an in-home or community setting. With a brilliant team across Sunshine Coast, Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast, we are there to help our Participants to achieve their goals to live a fulfilling life. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Prior experience supporting clients with disabilities highly desirable
• Must have a valid drivers licence.
• Current Paid employee Blue Card (or willing to obtain before employment)
• Current Paid employee Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain before employment)
• Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain before employment)
• NDIS ‘Worker Orientation’ module (or willing to obtain before employment)
• Full Australian working rights
• Smart phone with internet access
• Two current (within the past 2 years) professional references from a supervisor will be required

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our participant is urgently seeking a Female support worker in the Salisbury area. Your role will involve assisting the participants with ongoing support to help him achieve his goals. You will be assisting the participant for light domestic duties, meal preparations, and community access. You will be assisting the participant with his two young children from time to time.
