Responsibilities:
We are looking for Support Workers on day shifts to join our team who have a commitment and dedication to providing person centred care. You will support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities.
Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care’s policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
