SUPPORT WORKER TEAM LEADER - CANTERBURY
We have a full-time, permanent position available at our beautiful Canterbury region for a Support Worker Team Leader role. This role supports our passionate team within the Canterbury area.

Responsibilities:
Lead from the front! Take charge and inspire your team to deliver exceptional home-based / community healthcare services that exceed expectations. As a Support Worker Team leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership, staff development, recruitment, support to the Advanced Support Workers in the delivery of homecare support within your assigned region, consultation with care coordination and community nurse teams, liaise with the community clinical team and Trainer on their requirement for SW competency assessments, establish a rapport with Tangata and their whanau. Your role will involve implementing service delivery models aligned with our values, ensuring quality assurance, and meeting contractual requirements. You will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
