About the role
Are you interested in working with complex substance misuse needs? Do you want the opportunity to help individuals access support and promote independent living? Would you like to help individuals to manage their daily lives better? Are you energetic & eager to have a career in supporting individuals and their families with complex needs? If so this could be the opportunity for you?
We are looking for Individuals who would support implement social work care plans for individuals with complex substance misuse needs, address their issues, reduce risks and successfully achieve independence.
You would be part of a team making these things happen & would be closely supported & supervised in your work. The work takes place across Ceredigion and is an opportunity to undertake a highly practical role within our friendly & supportive team.
