KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Estimate, resource and deliver the ILS/Supportability Engineering requirements of project
• Provide leadership to the ILS/Supportability Engineering team, coach and develop personnel, fostering a high performance culture
• Provide direction and support to the team in the development of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Analysis and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) products developed
• Investigate ILS/Supportability Engineering problems and risks, and formulate strategies for their resolution
• Provide sound ILS/supportability engineering advice, collaborate effectively with customers, internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the development of ILS/Supportability Engineering solutions, including the optimisation and review of these solutions in design reviews
