WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

We are looking for a candidate with experience in housing association work, particularly in the supported housing sector. You should have strong contract management skills and a good understanding of management agreements, leases, and compliance requirements. Strong communication and relationship building skills are key as you will be working closely with different stakeholders. You should also be able to balance multiple priorities, problem solve effectively, and use creative approaches to challenges. IT literacy and the ability to use a range of software are also required.
Additionally, you must hold a full, current UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle, as travel will be required as part of the role.

Responsibilities:

WHAT’S GREAT ABOUT THIS ROLE?

  • You’ll build strong relationships with our Supported Housing Partners, acting as a first point of contact and ensuring our housing management service meets the highest standards.
  • You’ll work in an agile way, with a mix of remote, office, and on site working.
  • You’ll be part of an organisation that values innovation, continuous improvement, and great customer service.
  • Your work will directly contribute to shaping future supported housing services, helping us to meet growing demand in the right way.

WHERE DOES THIS ROLE FIT IN?

This role reports to the Supported Housing Agency Manager. You’ll work closely with partners, external agencies, and internal teams to oversee the management of supported housing schemes. You’ll ensure that these schemes remain compliant, well managed, and financially sustainable. Your insights and expertise will also help us develop new and existing services in response to strategic needs.
You will be acting as a key link between Pobl and supporting housing providers, ensuring that all agreements, compliance, and housing management responsibilities are effectively overseen. This includes working closely with external care and support providers.
