Supported Housing Manager
Location: Brent, Luton & Brixton
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Salary: circa £35,000 per annum depending upon experience;
We are a UK-based asset manager and investment company in the social housing sector, committed to delivering exceptional value to our ethical-minded investors. We are seeking a Supported Housing Manager to play a key role in overseeing our seven sites located at Brent, Luton and Brixton. Join our collaborative team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in community-focused residential housing.
Key to ensuring the delivery of person-centred support to our tenants, overseeing daily operations, managing the team and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and other key partners, all while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: proven experience (up to 3 years would be ideal) in supported housing management or a similar field with a strong understanding of tenant support needs and housing management
- Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent (preferred); a valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Skills: excellent organisational, communication and management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:
- Tenant Support and Care Coordination: overseeing support workers to ensure all tenants are regularly monitored, manage risk and needs assessments and address individual tenant requirements through personalised support plans;
- Operational Management: oversee property-related daily operations to maintain high standards in compliance, policies and health and safety whilst also ensuring accurate and timely documentation;
- Team Management: lead and manage support staff, including recruitment training, performance management, and appraisals, encouraging a positive and accountable work environment;
- Financial Oversight: monitor property budgets and ensure all tenant payments, housing costs and service charges are met, collaborating with the finance team for accurate financial reporting;
- Community and External Partnerships: build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, social care services and other agencies; and
- Represent Orisha: attend multi-agency meetings and represent the business positively to enhance service provision and explore new growth opportunities.
