JOB SUMMARY
The individual will deliver flexible and responsive support to Individuals, and their families, when they most need help.
We offer personalised plans to meet the immediate and longer term needs of each individual. This may include a variety of shifts which include Shorter or Longer Day Shifts, Sleepovers and Wake nights.

We are seeking applications for the role of Assistant Support Worker(s) - Full training will be provided for candidates with no relevant experience.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- No experience required or relevant qualification needed as full training will be provided to the right candidates
- Relevant life experience would be an advantage
- Full Clean Driver’s licence or working towards
- Flexible and adaptable nature
- Shift work over 24/7.
Responsibilities:
- Support the service user in experiencing the everyday life within their community.
- This role will also involve providing 1:1 support to a service user as well as supporting them during social, or educational activities in the community.
- Enable individuals supported by the service to pursue and maintain their individual hobbies and interests.
- Driving and/or escorting the service user by a company vehicle, or via public transport, to and from social activities or planned outings.
- Assist with encouraging and developing individuals, in relation to personal hygiene, health matters and care for their personal appearance.
- To promote and safeguard the well-being, and interests of the service user at all times.
