REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
- Associate degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance or Logistics / Supply Chain Management -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 4+ years’ experience in supply chain management or finance experience
- 1+ years’ experience working in a healthcare setting
- 1+ years’ experience working in a supervisory level role
- Healthcare Business operations and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience standardizing disparate processes
- Experience in process improvement methodology, change management & operational improvement
Responsibilities:
- This position is an onsite role
- Compensation Status: Exempt (Salaried)
- Travel required, commuting to support various different hospital locations within the region
- The region / territory that this position supports is Covenant Hobbs Hospital, but with flexibility to cover sister sites as defined by manager and departmental needs
- Monday - Friday work schedule, occasional weekend days and evenings as defined by manager and departmental needs
- Ability work between the hours of 7am - 5pm, but with flexibility to come in outside of business hours as defined by manager and departmental needs
