REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Associate degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance or Logistics / Supply Chain Management -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in supply chain management or finance experience
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a healthcare setting
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a supervisory level role
  • Healthcare Business operations and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience standardizing disparate processes
  • Experience in process improvement methodology, change management & operational improvement

Responsibilities:

  • This position is an onsite role
  • Compensation Status: Exempt (Salaried)
  • Travel required, commuting to support various different hospital locations within the region
  • The region / territory that this position supports is Covenant Hobbs Hospital, but with flexibility to cover sister sites as defined by manager and departmental needs
  • Monday - Friday work schedule, occasional weekend days and evenings as defined by manager and departmental needs
  • Ability work between the hours of 7am - 5pm, but with flexibility to come in outside of business hours as defined by manager and departmental needs
