  • Assisting surgeons and Arthrex colleagues during surgical training workshops
  • Preparing workstations with instrument setups
  • Learning about new techniques and equipment setups
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting medical equipment
  • Keeping stock of disposable usage
  • Handling human specimen
