Responsibilities:
The role holder plays a key role within the surveillance team by supporting the team in their mission to ensure the frameworks and operating model for the Ethics and Compliance function is managed, maintained and adhered to. The key areas of responsibility will include:
- Performing the daily review of alerts generated across trade and order surveillance as well as communication monitoring, in line with procedures across multiple commodities, jurisdictions, and business units
- Supporting the annual and trigger-based MAR Assessment
- Supporting with the preparation of management information on all types of Surveillance
- Contributing towards an effective surveillance program by making recommendations for system changes and calibration improvements to better detect market manipulation
- Support senior members of the team with investigations and activity deep dives
Location: This role will be based in our Copenhagen office. While we are a hybrid work place you will be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week. The successful candidate must be comfortable with international travel (circa 15%).
