Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Surveillance Officer to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As a Surveillance Officer, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our gaming operations. As part of our team, you’ll help enforce state regulations and ensure a secure environment for both guests and team members. QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Proficient in the use of surveillance audio and video equipment
• Ability to obtain a NYS Video Gaming License
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data input and record keeping

• Enforce State Video Lottery regulations and ensure compliance
• Monitor gaming room floor and cash operations for procedural violations and illegal activity
• Utilize audio and video equipment to observe business operations and write timely reports on any violations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of camera locations, view angles, and ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment
• Monitor facility intrusion and panic alarms, reporting any deficiencies promptly
