Surveillance is a highly skilled team, playing an important part in making Crown a welcoming place and ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and asset through maintaining a culture of care and excellence.
As a Surveillance Operator, you will have an incredible opportunity to work in the only control room in Western Australia that relates to casino operations. The job requires a willingness to act with integrity, do the right thing, strive for excellence and ability to care for all key internal and external stakeholders of the business. With the daily use of CCTV and other systems, you will be able to provide strategic surveillance and investigation techniques to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, rules, regulations and State and Federal Legislation.
Part-Time position available on a 12 month fixed-term contract. The role provides 12 weeks of training to ensure you are confident all on Crown’s processes and expectations within the role. The role requires night shift work and weekend availability.
