Description:

Seiler Instrument & Mfg. Co., Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-orientated Repair Technician for our Survey Department. Get in on the ground floor of the top service department in the booming Geospatial Industry with this entry level position! If you enjoy the challenge of diagnosing & repairing technological instrumentation, this could be the fit for you!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years technical experience in mechanical repair, electrical components and/or circuitry
  • Technical/vocational experience a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Must be able to read and interpret measuring equipment
  • Fine motor skills/manual dexterity is required including: pinching, pressing, rotating, using tweezers, delicate tool work, etc.
  • Frequent sitting and standing are required
  • Good near vision is required
  • Must be able to lift and move 40 lbs, with or without assistance
