Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a surveyor to take a “hands on” proactive role within our exciting property management team, ensuring that all aspects of our new instruction are covered. In particular; the successful candidate will have experience with client engagement and reporting, tenant & data management, property inspections, as well as identifying new initiatives/opportunities to clients and cross selling activities.
We have a diverse client base and deal in all commercial property sectors including world class offices and retail units, where we act as both landlords and occupiers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reading and summarising of leases and ensure accurate data is maintained on the property management systems and to regularly check, update and audit the accuracy of the data.
  • Drafting and administering service charge budgets. Ensure tenant arrears and queries are proactively managed in conjunction with the Savills central creditcontrol team.
  • Liaise with the building managers and regional facilities managers to ensure that buildings are well maintained at all times.
  • Ensure accurate client reports are prepared to the correct specifications and issued in accordance with agreed timescales, subject to approval by line manager as required.

Tenant interaction

  • Identification and implementation of new initiatives relating to property management.
