Description:

  • Prepare of sushi and sashimi dishes.
  • Order food and supplies when needed
  • Selecting fresh and superior ingredients
  • Continually check the quality of raw and cooked products
  • Gather and help prepare ingredients, sauces, vegetables, fish and seafood used in sushi dishes
  • Keeping sushi station up to sanitation and safety standards are met Singapore SFA requirement
  • Positively interact with customers
  • Create an entertaining and special experience for customers
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
