️ Your responsibilities :

  • Prepare a variety of traditional and creative sushi according to the establishment’s quality standards.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients.
  • Maintain strict food hygiene standards throughout the preparation process.
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure fast, efficient service.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

✨ Skills Desired:

  • Mastery of ingredients, flavors and culinary techniques specific to Japanese cuisine.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Artistic sense for visual presentation of dishes.
