Are you passionate about Japanese cuisine and want to express your talent? We’re looking for an experienced Sushi-chef to strengthen our team now or to suit.
️ Your responsibilities :
- Prepare a variety of traditional and creative sushi according to the establishment’s quality standards.
- Manage inventory, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Maintain strict food hygiene standards throughout the preparation process.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure fast, efficient service.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
✨ Skills Desired:
- Mastery of ingredients, flavors and culinary techniques specific to Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Artistic sense for visual presentation of dishes.
- Time management and ability to maintain quality of dishes even in busy periods.
Strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
