Sustainability and Quality Manager (Part Time)

We are looking for a new Sustainability & Quality Manager who’s available for a part time employment for approx. 1 year. The person will work cross functional within our company and closely linked with our Buying Department. WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a person who has/is:

• Previous experience from a similar role, preferably within a consumer goods/retail company
• A degree within Sustainability/Supply Chain Management/Textile Engineering/Environmental Studies
• Product compliance knowledge (preferably within functional wear and/or kid’s fashion)
• Experience working with Standards and EU-Legislation
• A passion for sustainability and children’s products
• A strong proactive behavior and can-do attitude
• Solution oriented and with a flexible approach
• Well organized, with attention to details
• Good communication skills in Swedish & English (company language is in English)

• Manage collection risk assessment and testing for our Brands KULING, Stoy, Buddy & Hope (kid’s fashion, home textiles, toys and ride ons)
• Supply Chain traceability tracking & audit follow-up via Amfori
• Supplier contract management
• Project Lead the annual GOTS & FSC Audits
• GHG emission data collection & Sustainability Reporting
• Sustainability compliance and Legislation surveillance
• Represent BSG at member organizational meetings
• Support with certificate management & product compliance
• Support with research for new and/or ongoing sustainability projects
