Be our next Sustainability Consultant / Project Manager

WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sustainability, Resiliency and Net Zero Projects and Green Building and Site Certifications
    LEED Accredited Professional, LEED Green Associate, WELL Accredited Professional, Envision Sustainability Professional (required)

Responsibilities:

  • Leading sustainability projects, with a focus on reducing the environmental impacts for the building or site
  • Performing calculations (site, water, energy, refrigerant management, lighting, views, etc.) associated with green building/site certification and net zero targets for various client projects
  • Maintaining checklists for green building/site certifications
  • Tracking net zero requirements for project pursuing Net Zero Energy, Water, Waste or Carbon certificates
  • Developing Climate Action Plans
  • Developing Energy Transition Plans
  • Understanding and editing project specifications for green building/site certification
  • Performing energy model inputsFilling out Letter Templates in support or certification effort
