TDC NET Sustainability is a small team with direct reporting line to the TDC NET Executive Leadership Team and the CEO. The team support and work with the wider TDC NET business on the entire ESG agenda (Environment, Social and Governance).
About the job
Purpose of this role is to promote sustainability and enable the transition to a green and sustainable future with our digital infrastructure.

Key responsibilities or KPIs:

• Coordinate key initiatives and conduct analysis to enable us to deliver on our sustainability targets and aspirations
• Develop materials for updates to Executive Team and Board of Directors
• Collaborate closely with relevant functions in TDC NET to deliver on sustainability strategy and improve ESG data collection and handling
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability topics and performance

About you
As a person you are enthusiastic about sustainability and excited about the opportunity to ensure that TDC NET continues to be on the forefront of sustainability. You are a motivated team member, and you take responsibility for bringing things forward and to develop the agenda.

Furthermore, you for example have the following background and experience:

• Relevant master’s degree with great results
• 1-3 years of professional experience with sustainability or strategy from large companies or management consulting
• Great strategic toolbox and business understanding including the ability to handle large quantitative datasets and qualitative information
• Good people and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good English and Danish communication skills (both oral and writing) including the ability to transform complex information to simple understandable PPT slides
• Knowledge of and experience with the UN SDG’s, environmental and CSR frameworks (ISO 14001, etc.), reporting standards and obligations (GRI, EU regulations, WEEE, etc.) and upcoming sustainability-related legislation as well as key topics including supply chain decarbonisation, renewable energy, green digital enabling, and social initiatives
