WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As Sustainability Control, Policy and Risk Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our client’s Sustainability initiatives, working closely with the Sustainability Transformation teams, including policy and procedure review, business implementation, engagement and communication, data analysis, process and control design, implementation and embedding that supports our commitment to sustainability. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the sustainable agenda.
This position is responsible for supporting change in approach to assessing clients against sustainability policies from manual complex processes to simplified, streamline digital enhancements to support our Wholesale Clients and Relationship Managers, resulting in an improved control environment and policy compliance that meets audit and reputational and sustainability risk expectations.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Solid track record of participation in large/complex change E2E, including identification and management of associated impacts to people and the organisation.
- Good understanding of change management and implementation in the context of transformation.
- Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Driven and initiative-taking work approach; able to work on own initiative and handle change and uncertainty.
- Ability to input into the construction of the plan to deliver the outcomes of the roadmap, development plan and roll out & implementation of the roadmap.
- The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst; Financial Services or Sustainability sectors are desired.
Responsibilities:
Few primary areas you would be responsible for:
- Ensure deliverables are implemented into BAU.
- Work with the delivery / implementation teams to provide domain inputs and to ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solutions.
- Interact with senior management teams across 1LOD / 2LOD to influence the right outcomes to support the delivery roadmap.
- Analysing and interpreting large amount of complex data, while converting this into an accurate, useful format to share with senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues and opportunities Understand business architecture and implementation, with the knowledge to challenge these when necessary.
- Be responsible for leading business & project review meetings, actively work with global and regional sustainability stakeholders.
- Support the development of technology solutions and client screening capability across the sustainability programme.
- Design and document key processes in support of the control environment.
