We are looking for a highly motivated, curious and collaborative Sustainability Engagement & Reporting Specialist to join our international sustainability team and be part of building sustainable future of food. This newly established role is a permanent position within the Sustainability team and can be located in one of our offices in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Belgium or Spain. In this role, you will play an important role in the implementation of Paulig’s sustainability approach by contributing to internal and external sustainability engagement efforts, sustainability reporting and developing sustainability insights processes.

Key tasks in this role:

  • Develop and help coordinate internal sustainability engagement process
  • Develop and support in external sustainability inquiries and engagement, for example towards customers
  • Support in Paulig’s sustainability reporting processes and reporting development
  • Support in developing and completing external environmental reporting, such as CDP climate change and water security questionnaires.
  • Other tasks include bespoke sustainability projects and supporting the sustainability team in ongoing general tasks, such as peer benchmarking and data collection

What we expect from you

  • Relevant academic background within in Corporate Sustainability, environmental Management or similar field
  • Previous experience within Sustainability topics and customer service-related experience is considered an advantage
  • Readiness to work within international business environment
  • Ability to create clear processes, documentation and support execution
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Systematic way of working, having business acumen, result orientated, international mindset and ability to work effectively and inclusively across teams
  • Making things happen
  • Language skills: Fluent in English. Other language skills are a benefit.
