  • A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Facilities management, Environmental design and related engineering background
  • Self-driven, independent and resourceful
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Work on environmental sustainability (ESD) and Green Mark related project for Master planning new buildings and existing buildings
  • Review and study the building system efficiency and able to provide the solution to optimize the energy reduction
  • Conduct site survey to understand the building performance, able to analyse on improved mechanical solutions for operational feasibility
  • Overall project planning and management to meet client timeline
  • Experience in Green Mark Certification and Application, familiar with authority submission will be advantageous
  • To liaised/coordinated with project team, clients, contractors and suppliers on all ESD related matters
  • Assist tender team in tender submission
  • Any other duties assigned by management
