As our new Sustainability Executive, based at Holiday House in Leeds City Centre, you’ll report to the Sustainability Manager and support them with the delivery of our Sustainability Strategy targets. This broad and varied role will cover both Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, supporting the expansion of our Certified Sustainable Hotels collection and implementing our Climate Transition Plan.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with departments across the business to collate, analyse and present data to monitor progress against our Sustainability Strategy targets
• Work with our supply chain to identify opportunities to reduce plastics and Scope 3 emissions
• Support the continued implementation of the company’s ISO 14001 certified management system
• Engage our destination partners on enhancing sustainability In Resort
• Monitor regulatory developments, interpreting the impacts for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays

What you’ll have:

• Developing knowledge of environmental and corporate sustainability topics
• Awareness of environmental legislation and greenhouse gas reporting requirements
• Able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external organisations to drive positive change
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel and experience with Tableau is preferable, but not essential.
• Self-motivated, organised with strong attention to detail
• A genuine enthusiasm for creating sustainable flight and holiday experiences.
