We are looking for a Sustainability Analyst/Manager to join our Global Operations organization. If you have a talent for coordinating and facilitating across sustainability initiatives, data analysis, and a commitment to making a significant impact on environmental, social, and governance matters, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The team you will be part of
As our new a Sustainability Analyst in Global Operations, you will be a key player in driving a key strategic agenda in GN to improve sustainability performance across our supply chain.
You will report to the Senior Director of Strategy and collaborate with all functions across Global Operations, Group Sustainability, and R&D.

Your contribution is appreciated, and your assignments will include:

  • Supply chain engagement - you will be instrumental in enhancing sustainability performance throughout our supply chain. This will involve developing and executing strategies and targets in partnership with Group Sustainability and employing tools like the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and EcoVadis to improve the sustainability performance of all our suppliers.
  • Sustainability Data Analysis - Your primary task will be to collect and consolidate sustainability data pertinent to Global Operations for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), including metrics on production, transportation, and sourcing volumes. You will also keep abreast of and prepare for new sustainability data requirements, such as product passports.
  • Commodity-Specific Strategies - Working alongside commodity managers, you will help devise and implement sustainability strategies specific to various commodities, aligning with our overarching sustainability objectives.
  • Coordinating, facilitating, and aligning sustainability initiatives across Global Operations and working closely with other functions like R&D, IT and Group Sustainability

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Are either experienced in ESG data analysis or have a supply chain background and strong interest in sustainability.
  • Have experience with managing and facilitating projects.
  • Are a collaborative individual with excellent data and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking.
