Are you passionate about collecting and analyzing sustainability data to support decision-making and developing reporting capabilities in collaboration with stakeholders? MacGregor is looking to hire a proactive and results-oriented candidate to join our Sustainability team.
MacGregor is a leading provider of integrated cargo and load handling solutions for the maritime industry. Our equipment is installed on more than half of vessels worldwide, enhancing efficiency, safety, and sustainability for shipowners and operators. We pride ourselves on delivering world-class support to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment and are seeking a Sustainability Manager Analyst who shares our commitment to exceptional service.
This role is part of our Strategy and Business Development Function / Sustainability Department. The position could be based in Kaarina or Helsinki, Finland or Gothenburg, Sweden.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own MacGregor’s GHG emission accounting methodology and forecasting model
  • Validate and deliver GHG emissions, sustainability data, reports, key indicators, and reports to stakeholders
  • Manage master data for sustainability (energy, emissions, safety, ECO portfolio, etc.)
  • Ensure data systems’ reliability and efficiency with IM and stakeholders
  • Maintain data quality and identify gaps
  • Drive improvements in master data, data processing, reporting, and analytics
  • Advocate for sustainability data and reporting needs

KEY TASKS

  • Collect, calculate, report, and forecast Scope 1, 2, & 3 emissions
  • Administer UL360 with EHS function
  • Coordinate sustainability data flow across teams
  • Support reporting, communications, disclosures, and ESG indices
  • Assist with sustainability awareness initiatives and respond to external sustainability requests
