YOUR QUALIFICATION PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Material Science/Chemistry is required. Master’s Degree is strongly preferred
• 8+ years of experience working for a multi industrial global organzation in a similar role
• Must be willing to worksite at one of our EMEA or U.S. based locations listed in the job posting.
• Strong competency in project management
• Comfortable engaging a large, diverse stakeholder population
• Experience leading and facilitating group process and collaboration, team player
• Comfortable leading and framing new unchartered initiates
• Experience deploying lean processes and tools that can strengthen operational effectiveness
• Experience with multiple project management methodologies, processes, tools, templates, education, and training
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

DuPont is seeking a professional with project management experience and a passion for sustainability to join the Corporate Sustainability to facilitate a PMO on behalf of the Sustainability Leadership Council and lead our Scope 3 Reporting efforts and be a key member of an initiative to align Dupont Policies and Procedures to emerging industry and regulatory requirements. Please note this is an onsite position.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and coach project leads (develop clear project charters, tease out risks to the critical path, build alignment with key stakeholders, etc)
• Develop a PMO process and cadence for reviewing progress on execution projects/CoPs
• Facilitate review meetings with project leads using reporting tools that drive issue resolution, timely milestones, etc.
• Monitor for constraints / pinch points using staff that maybe leveraged across several projects / initiatives for shifting priorities that may delay project milestones
• Enable emerging cross cutting initiatives to stand up and integrate into the portfolio of execution projects/CoPs
• Maintain progress dashboards for VP Sustainability on behalf of the SLC and Executive Sponsor reporting and escalation of issues
• Project Leadership: Scope 3 Reporting and Policies and Procedures Project align Dupont Policies and Procedures to emerging industry and regulatory requirements.
