WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As Sustainability Risk Business Analyst, you will closely work with the Business Sustainability Risk and Transformation teams in embedding and delivering the 1LoD Risk and Control framework through the policy and procedure review, business implementation, engagement and communication activities, data analysis, and embedding of process and controls.
You will also support analysing change on priority workstreams within Sustainability in line with global and local strategic plans, ensuring advancement of control environment and policy compliance leading to meeting the expectations of the audit, mitigating reputational and sustainability risks.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Firm understanding of change management and implementation in the context of transformation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of risk and control methodologies.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in undertaking large/complex change e2e, including identifying and managing the associated impacts on people and the organisation.
  • Solid experience in defining and operationalisation of complex processes.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including effective translation of complex information into compelling written and presentation materials.

Responsibilities:

Few main areas you would be responsible for:

  • Working with relevant stakeholders on regional / global sustainability levels.
  • Operationalising deliverables as part of BAU.
  • Designing and document key processes to support the control environment; undertake process and control mapping; identify key controls and identify key reporting data points.
  • Being involved in the development of approach to change and implementation & stakeholder plans, impact and audience analysis, business readiness, value mapping, approach to tracking, demonstrating, and embedding of change outcomes and benefits.
  • Reviewing and evaluate the implementation requirements of sustainability risk policies and procedures, lead analysis of appropriate solutions.
  • Working closely with solution delivery teams to ensure that analysis of training needs and training materials are appropriately designed.
