ased at the ALK Head Quarters, you will work alongside dedicated colleagues who are passionate about integrating sustainability into our business processes across the globe. As a Sustainability Specialist, you will be reporting to the Senior Director, Sustainability, and form part of our global People & Organisation team that consist of 40+ employees.
You will be in contact with a range of stakeholders and experience how sustainability plays an integrated part of reaching our strategic ambitions to the benefit of people with allergies, the environment and society in general.

The Sustainability team is responsible for developing ALK’s strategies, policies and targets within the sustainability field, and for embedding sustainability at all levels of the organisation. As a Sustainability Specialist, you will:

  • Support in writing content for the sustainability section of the annual report, in compliance with the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability initiatives, targets, policies and processes.
  • Identify and monitor sustainability impacts, risks and opportunities as part of an annual Double Materiality assessment process.
  • Conduct research on sustainability trends, legislation, and best practices.
  • Communicate and educate on sustainability progress and initiatives internally and externally.
  • Assess EU taxonomy eligibility and alignment.
