JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

Our People & Organisation team covers the entire spectrum of HR consulting, dealing with all the issues relating to strategic and operational human resources management. Our tasks are diverse and exciting, involving anything from reward consulting and selecting as well as implementing HR cloud solutions to fundamental process changes. They can also involve questions of diversity and inclusion within the company, the entire reward and benefit strategy or making the workforce ready for the future (change and transformation management).

YOUR SKILL SET

• A bachelor or master’s degree (in a field related to HR or organizational psychology a plus).
• An excellent command of French and English. German is a plus.
• Digitally versed and experienced in the use of technology and data.
• Disciplined, highly analytical and a natural problem solver who challenges the status quo.
• High emotional intelligence, with strong communication and relationship management skillsInternship duration: 6 months
