Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate and lead the strategic vision for IT and Security & Compliance, ensuring alignment with the organization goals

IT Operations and Infrastructure

  • Develop and lead NRT’s short-term and long-term information technology vision and roadmap, aligning with overall business strategy
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize IT projects and goals, establish and implement a comprehensive Enterprise Architecture
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, and responsible for all schedule management activities to ensure continuous IT operations and support.
  • Ensures an effort-driven project schedule for each project which includes identifying and monitoring overall project timeline, project milestones, tasks, resources, task dependencies and critical paths.
  • Cost management responsibilities: this includes determining, monitoring and reviewing all support economics including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk.
  • Establish IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practice
  • Oversee payment services team, who is responsible for payment service implementation, existing payment services systems and applications.
  • Oversee risk management strategies related to IT systems and data security
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability

Security and Compliance

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive security and compliance strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee initiatives to identify and assess security risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place to protect NRT
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and executives to integrate security and compliance considerations into business processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
  • Oversee policies and procedures to promote compliance across the organization
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and propose/implement appropriate strategies throughout the organization

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or similar
  • 15+ years experience in IT Management, with a focus on operations, security, and compliance
  • A proven track record of leadership in a senior IT role
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to understand application, network, and system capabilities and produce infrastructure designs that meet business requirements
  • Ability to solve technical/engineering problems and execute on the solution through the development, testing and architecture teams.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in system architecture, technical design, and system and software development technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and data management technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
