Software Processes, Methods and Tools Support

As a Software Processes, Methods and Tools Support Role within Thales, you will:
Provide Software engineers and project managers with advice on engineering environment and configure workbenches for Software projects
Act as a mentor to encourage apprenticeship, continuous improvement and feedback culture
Set up environment where trust and transparency are key pillars
Co-create and follow team performance and quality KPIs
Train engineers on Software tooled-up processes, practices and methods
Contribute to the capitalisation and continuous improvement of best practices and service offers (training sessions, guidelines, user manuals, …)
Participate in knowledge sharing such as webinar, writing article on engineering communities
